Zheng Gu Tui Na Osteophyte Soak (1 Pouch)

External herbal soak for osteophytes (bone spurs) on the heel and other superficial areas of the body. This formula helps to soften and break up osteophytes. Particularly effective when used in conjunction with manual techniques, acupuncture and the Zheng Gu Tui Na Osteophyte Powder or similar formulas.

Directions: Place herbal tea bag in a pot with a half gallon of water. Cover the pot and bring mixture to a boil and simmer for 30-40 minutes. Remove from flame and add a half gallon of white vinegar. Let mixture cool while you steam the affected area, and then when warm but not scalding, immerse the affected area in the mixuture and soak for 15 minutes.
