Indicated for the symptoms associated with Herpes Zoster (shingles). Shingles commonly exhibits sensations of burning pain, itching, and hypersensitivity. The pain may be extreme when affecting the nerves. These sensations are often described as stinging, tingling, aching, numbing or throbbing, and can be interspersed with quick stabs of agonizing pain. It is important to tell patients that this may be the normal progression of shingles and it is normal. This formulation can only help the body resolve symptoms faster and in no way exacerbate the condition. Shingles manifesting near the eye region may lead to blindness and immediate medical attention is recommended.
