MONKEY PICKED OOLONG
Monkey Picked is one of the famous Tie Guan Yin-style teas of the Anxi area. It is grown in tiny gardens high in the mountains of Fujian Province. This tea presents a forthright ambiguously fruity floral aroma light yet persuasive flavor and a liquor the color of green bananas. This popular staple can be used for multiple infusions.
Brewing: For best results, heat water to 190 F and steep 1 tsp for 4-5 minutes
