I Love Aromatherapy Adult Cold and Flu has been formulated by using Traditional Chinese medicine principles together with essential oils that offer proven anti-bacterial, anti-viral and immune stimulating properties.
This blend can applied to the chest, throat, neck and upper back, using 20 to 40 drops per application. This blend can also be inhaled using a traditional steaming method for more direct contact with the respiratory system. (That is, five drops of the blend added to a cup of boiling water, to be inhaled with your face positioned above the water and a draped towel forming a canopy over your head to help concentrate the rising vapors).
