Hypertens-Care Herbal Tea

Ingredients:

  • Apocynum Venetum
  • Prunella Vulgaris
  • Leonurus Heterophyllus
  • Cassia Tora
  • Scutellaria Baicalensis
  • Uncaria Rhynchophy

Directions: Three times daily. Place one tea bag in a cup. Add boiling water and steep for 10 minutes. It can be served with honey as you like.
