Made with Traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, the essential oil blend we've created for this candle is subtle and complex. We began with Frankincense (Ru Xiang), an herb that many have heard of, but don't know well. Slightly sweet and citrusy with forest pine undertones, its anti-inflammatory properties have been known for centuries. When combined with Qiang Huo (Notopterygium), a fragrant, earthy root native to China, the resulting aroma has layers of complexity that grow and change as the candle burns.
