Directions: Adults and children 2 years and older:
- Cut to desired size. Remove the protective film backing and apply plaster to affected area.
- Do not use more than 3-4 times per day.
- Do not apply to extremely hairy skin. Highly adhesive plaster may hurt skin upon removal.
Active Ingredients:
- Menthol 5%
- Camphor 3.1%
Inactive Ingredients:
Angelica dahurica root (Bai Zhi), Butylated hydroxytoluene, Cinnamon oil (Rou Gui You), Ginger (Sheng Jiang), Lanolin, Light mineral oil, Methyl salicylate, Natural latex rubber, Nepeta tenuifolia flowering top (Jing Jie), Ocimum gratissimum leaf, Petrolatum, Polysobutylene, Reynoutria japonica root (Hu Zhang), Rheum officinale root (Da Huang), Rosin (Song Xiang), Safflower (Hong Hua), Saposhnikovia divaricata root (Fang Feng), Scutellaria baicalensis root (Huang Qin), Zanthoxylum nitidum root (Liang Mian Zhen), Zinc oxide.
Other Information: Keep container tightly closed. Once opened, fold the opening and keep roll pressed closed with a clip. Store at room temperature.

When using this product:
- avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes
- do not bandage tightly or use with a heating pad
- do not use on wounds, irritated or damaged skin
- do not use other than as directed as such use may be dangerous
- do not use with or at the same time as other external analgesics
Stop use and contact your doctor if:
- condition worsens
- symptoms persist for more than 7 days
- symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days
- excessive irritation develops nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, or skin rash occurs
When using for pain of arthritis if:
- in conditions affecting children under 12 years of age
- redness is present
- pain persists for more than 10 days.
Not recommended for persons who are pregnant or nursing a baby, or are prone to be allergic to topical medication. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
