Large green leaves from the later harvest infuse Bancha with a bold and altogether refreshing spirit. Its grassy bouquet is enhanced by a pale yellow-green hue. This is a mildly caffeinated daily tea that works well as a digestive. Enjoy iced with lemon in the warmer months.
Brewing:
For best results, heat water to 176 F and steep 1-2 tsp for 1-2 minutes
